For payment review, cancelled screenings, refunds or account-data requests, contact the organizer through the official Instagram account. Include your invoice code and transaction reference. Never send your UPI PIN or account password.

A UTR submission remains under review until the organizer approves the actual payment. If you paid after an invoice expired, contact the organizer before paying again. Screening cancellation does not automatically send a bank refund.
